Chris Trevett (Producer/Mixer/Songwriter) started his career at Battery Studios in London, under chief engineers Nigel Green and Bryan New. Assisting on sessions such as Billy Ocean, Samantha Fox and Johnathan Butler, Chris was promoted after just two years to staff engineer.

In 1989 he relocated to New York City and accepted a position at Soundtrack Studios. While at Soundtrack, Chris recorded and mixed songs for many artists including Guy "The Future" and Boyz II Men "cooleyhighharmony".

In 1991, Chris was approached by Clive Calder, CEO of the Zomba Group, to become chief engineer at Zomba’s New York Studios. Kelly, Joe, Britney Spears, Aaron Carter, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, NSYNC, Erykah Badu, The Roots, Joey McIntyre and the Backstreet Boys with record sales exceeding the 100 million mark.

In 1997, at the suggestion of Clive Calder, Chris moved into the fast growing A&R department at Jive Records. This allowed him the flexibility of continuing his work in the studio while also taking an active role in A&R.
